The location of Selva Y Mar is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute walk to the beach and steps away from 5th Avenue. The studio room had a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and excellent Wi-Fi, perfect for my solo trip. I loved spending time on the palapa roof terrace, which had loungers for relaxation. Breakfast was a little bit of a trek, served at a restaurant nearby, but it featured tasty eggs, fresh fruit, and coffee. On the downside, I encountered early morning disturbances from a rooster crowing at 4:30 AM, which wasn't ideal for a restful sleep. Additionally, I wish there had been a few more kitchen supplies for cooking. Overall, Selva Y Mar had its perks, but a few improvements could make it even better.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and 5th Avenue, allowing for a peaceful escape yet easy access to local attractions.
